After listening to our clients feedback and conducting research, we’ve come to believe that the best way for us to improve productivity going forward is to streamline the workflows that work best for our clients. Our plan includes providing more support for clients that would like to learn how to better manage their website and to create more brand awareness for their business.

Support Suggestions


When we added email in 2013, we shared a passion for simplifying the way people work together and adding custom email seemed like a strong complement to the web services we were offering. But as we’ve increased our focus on collaboration and we realized there’s only so much our email app can do to fundamentally improve email.

After reviewing our email analytics we determined that our clients are either:
1. In need of more storage space and functionality.
(ex: calendars, document storage, forms, etc.)
2. Are not utilizing the accounts.
3. Would prefer total control to manage their email accounts.
(ex: total access, adding users/aliases, changing passwords, etc.)

To satisfy these demands we have decided to no longer offer WordSpace email and will encourage and recommend that our clients migrate their email to Google or Office 365. We know saying goodbye to Workspace email will be hard for many but to help make the transition to a new email client easier, we’ve created guides and export tools and will also offer free setup* for the host that you prefer. We plan to fully migrate all of our clients by 2017, for existing clients that are still utilizing the WordSpace email for the remainder of their renewal period.
