Every growing organization hits a wall — for this nonprofit, it was fragmented communication, outdated tools, and manual processes dragging productivity down. They needed a strategist to help unify their systems and unlock seamless collaboration.
Over a 1-month engagement, we migrated systems, centralized communication, and restored operational clarity through Microsoft 365.

My Approach
I started with a complete systems audit and stakeholder interviews to map digital pain points. Then I built a phased roadmap to migrate their entire team to Microsoft 365 — prioritizing secure access, centralized cloud storage, and streamlined collaboration. Each rollout phase was designed to reduce downtime and increase adoption.
I established Microsoft Teams as the new central communication hub, integrated OneDrive and SharePoint for document storage, and automated routine workflows. Custom training supported adoption, and security protocols were upgraded across devices. The organization quickly began operating as one connected unit.
