A nonprofit preparing for a major community groundbreaking event needed strategic support to build momentum, engage diverse audiences, and spotlight their mission and sponsor partnerships. With limited internal capacity, they turned to me to lead a campaign that would drive participation and leave a lasting impression.

Marketing Campaign Strategy & Activation

I developed a comprehensive campaign strategy that built pre-event excitement, unified messaging, and boosted community engagement. I designed a full event branding kit—including signage, banners, and swag—and created digital outreach materials to amplify sponsor visibility. On the day of the event, we deployed interactive engagement stations and captured content for post-event storytelling. The event drew over 400 participants, led to two major sponsorship renewals, and tripled the organization’s mailing list—solidifying their presence as a community leader.
