A groundbreaking event can’t break through without the right support. This nonprofit had a powerful purpose but needed help bringing people to the mission, building buzz, and spotlighting their story. With limited internal capacity, they turned to me, I stepped in to lead strategy and activation that would drive participation and leave a lasting impression.

My Approach
Marketing Campaign Strategy & Activation
I developed a comprehensive campaign strategy that built pre-event excitement, unified messaging, and boosted community engagement. I designed a full event branding kit—including signage, banners, and merchandise—and created digital outreach materials to amplify sponsor visibility. On the day of the event, we deployed interactive engagement stations and captured content for post-event storytelling. The event drew over 400 participants, led to two major sponsorship renewals, and tripled the organization’s mailing list—solidifying their presence as a community leader.
